By accessing or using the ClawBotPro.ai platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ClawBotPro provides managed cloud hosting and a mission control dashboard for the OpenClaw open-source AI assistant framework. We provide the infrastructure, and you bring your own API keys for the underlying LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Deploy autonomous agents for malicious purposes (e.g., DDoS attacks, spam, scraping without permission).
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to breach the security or isolation of our cloud infrastructure.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate instances violating these rules without refund.
4. Service Availability and Backups
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We perform automated daily backups of your instance configuration and agent memory, but we highly recommend maintaining local copies of mission-critical data.
5. Subscription and Billing
All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy.
